Jordan and Erin's wedding announcement
Today is the 5th wedding anniversary of my brother Jordan and his wife Erin! I am so happy for them, for this milestone in their life together. They are currently celebrating their anniversary on a Disney Cruise; a cruise is definitely one great way to celebrate a special event!
Anyway, as the eldest sibling in my family I was particularly touched when Jordan and Erin got married; seeing my youngest sibling, my “baby brother” getting married was quite a moment and I was honored to be able to be present for the occasion. I also had the honor of being Jordan’s best man, a responsibility I felt very privileged to have bestowed upon me. Jordan could have chosen Josh or anyone else, but instead he chose me.

Jordan and Erin were married at the LDS church next to the Liberty High School - an appropriate location, as this high school was attended by Jordan and Erin. In fact, Jordan and Erin had known each other when Jordan helped my dad teach Seminary, and Erin was one of the students. A few years later the teacher was marrying the student!

There was a huge turnout of family and friends for the wedding, and everyone looked perfect! Jordan was such a handsome groom; Erin, a beautiful bride; the parents of the bride and groom, so stylish; the bridesmaids, maid of honor, groomsmen and the rest of the family members - all looking so amazing! The ceremony was wonderful, a perfect blend of touching and humorous moments! The reception held afterwards, at the gorgeous home of Erin’s parents, was so crowded with people - it truly was a celebration!

Epilogue: on November 26th 2006 Jordan and Erin were sealed for time and all eternity in the Denver Temple! What a wonderful day for them, for all of the family!
